My research interests lie in computer security, privacy, policy, and applied cryptography. I am interested in developing privacy-preserving cryptographic techniques that enhance transparency and accountability of systems integral to our political lives.

Previously, I investigated manipulation in cryptocurrency markets at the MIT Sloan School of Management, worked on a distributed encrypted filesystem at Keybase, and designed reranking models for search results at Bloomberg. As a Jane Stanford Fellow for Public Service, I also worked with Dr. Shashi Tharoor (Member of Parliament) in his constituency of Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.
